The PDPC has published a new guide to help organisations manage access requests.

This guide is based on the revisions made to the chapter on Access and Correction Obligation in the Advisory Guidelines on Key Concepts in the PDPA, which provides further clarity on how organisations should handle access in certain situations, and the preservation of the requested personal data by organisations when processing or after rejecting an access request.

Access the guide here.
