The Tech Skills Accelerator or TeSA aggregates and integrates training and job placements programmes for the ICT and non-ICT sectors. It aims to accelerate professional development of ICT professionals and those aspiring to join the ICT profession.

Tech Immersion and Placement Programme (TIPP)
TIPP trains non-ICT professionals, especially graduates from Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) disciplines, through short but intensive and immersive courses delivered by industry practitioners, and places them in tech roles.

CLT is a structured development programme for fresh graduates and mid-level professionals to help them acquire specialist, expert or mastery-level competencies for jobs in the infocomm industry, including cyber security, data analytics, software development, Internet of Things and network and communications platforms.
