MCI has engaged a third-party research company to conduct an online survey on living in Singapore.

The pandemic has caused much changes to our lives in Singapore, not just on the economic front but also to our social lives, and the way we adapt our lives to a more digitalised one. Through this survey, MCI aims to understand sentiments of people living in Singapore and explore ways to support everyone better.

MCI has appointed a third-party research company to conduct this survey on an online survey platform. This survey will be disseminated via SMS invitation containing a secure hyperlink. Foreigners living in Singapore will be invited to take the survey from 24th November to 20th December 2020. Survey participants are randomly selected from the government database and will receive an invitation to the survey.

All responses are strictly confidential. The survey results will be reported in a summary format and no response can or will be linked to any individual.

If you wish to verify the authenticity of the SMS invitation and survey link, you can call MCI at 1800-837-9655.
