MCI has engaged a third-party research company to conduct an online survey on migrant workers living in Singapore.

The pandemic has affected the global workforce, including migrant workers in Singapore. Through this survey, MCI aims to understand sentiments of migrant workers in Singapore, their wellbeing, and views on COVID-19.

MCI has appointed a third-party research company to conduct this survey on an online survey platform. This survey will be disseminated via SMSes containing a secure hyperlink. Migrant workers living in Singapore will be invited to take the survey from April to May 2021. Survey participants are randomly selected from the government database and will receive an invitation to the survey.

All responses are strictly confidential. The survey results will be reported in a summary format and no response can or will be linked to any individual.

If you wish to verify the authenticity of the SMS invitation and survey link, you can call MCI at 1800-837-9655.
