MCI has engaged a third-party research company to conduct an online survey on attitudes towards employment and skills upgrading.

Digitalisation is transforming industries worldwide and in Singapore. Through this survey, MCI aims to understand Singaporeans’ attitudes amidst these economic transitions, and explore ways to help Singaporeans cope better with the changes.

MCI has appointed a third-party research company to conduct this survey on the HappyDot.sg online survey platform. This survey will be disseminated via SMS invitation containing a secure hyperlink. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be invited to take the survey from 25th February to March 2020. Survey participants are randomly selected from the government database and will receive an invitation to the survey.

All responses are strictly confidential. The survey results will be reported in a summary format and no response can or will be linked to any individual.

If you wish to verify the authenticity of the SMS invitation and survey link, you can call MCI at 1800-837-9655.
